What to include

A few details let us answer in one reply instead of three:

• The email address on your OTTEngine account
• The app and platform involved, for example your Roku or Fire TV app
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• The steps that lead to the problem, and roughly when it happened
• Screenshots, links or error messages, if you have them

For the AI connector, also tell us which assistant you were using, Claude or ChatGPT, and what you asked it.

Never send your password, access tokens or payment card details. We will never ask for them.

From your AI assistant

If you have connected OTTEngine to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask it to search our knowledge base or open a support ticket for you. It shows you the ticket before sending it.
